Always drink a glass of hot water on fasting after waking.

99 kg – 2.75 liters, 11 glasses of 250 ml;

108 kg – 3.00 liters, 12 cups of 250 ml;

117 kg – 3.25 liters, 13 glasses of 250 ml;

126 kg – 3.50 liters, 14 cups of 250 ml;

135 kg – 3.75 liters, 15 cups of 250 ml;

144 kg – 4.00 liters, 16 cups of 250 ml.
